The details we collect

When you place an order, we store your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, province, and the products you selected. If you create an account, we also store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We do not collect online payment information.

How we use them

We use these details to record and manage orders, contact you about delivery and payment arrangements, and provide account access. Authorized store administrators can see order details to fulfill requests.

Cookies & your bag

A secure, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in. Your shopping bag is stored in your browser’s local storage. This site does not include advertising cookies or analytics trackers.

Your order link

Guest orders have a private confirmation link. Anyone with that link can see the order, so keep it private. Signed-in customers can access their own orders through their account.

Questions about your details

Ask our team about access, corrections, or deletion when we contact you about your order. We may need to retain relevant order records for legitimate business requirements.
