Placing an order
Choose an available color and size on the product page, add your pieces to your bag, then complete your contact and delivery details. Your order is recorded and the selected inventory is reserved when you place it. Keep the private order confirmation link to check its status.
Payment & delivery
No online payment is collected. Our team will contact you using the email or phone number on your order to confirm delivery availability, timing, delivery charges, and payment arrangements. The items total shown at checkout does not include delivery charges.
Changing or cancelling an order
Let our team know when we contact you to confirm the order. Include your order reference with any request. Orders can be cancelled before shipping; availability of later changes depends on the current order status. A cancelled order releases its reserved inventory.
Size guide
Use the general guide below as a starting point. Fits can vary by style, and these are approximate body measurements in centimeters. If you are between sizes or want a roomier fit, choose the larger size. One-size accessories do not use this chart.
